Indonesian Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

For 10 Portion.

1. Sliced Long Bean 250 Gram
2. Sliced Cucumber 250 Gram
3. Basil Leaves 30 Gram
4. Sliced Purple Egg Plant 100 Gram
5. Sliced Cabbage 200 Gram
6. Small Bean Sprout 150 Gram
7. Sauce :
1. Fried peeled peanuts 100 Gram
2. Sliced Garlic 20 Gram
3. Sliced Red Chili 40 Gram
4. Small Chili 5 Gram
5. Fried Dry Shrimp Paste 10 Gram
6. Brown sugar 50 Gram
7. Peeled Lime 5 Gram
8. Ginger Water 50 Gram
9. Salt
10.Cooked Water 300 Cc
8. Banana Leaves

Method of Cooking:
1. Prepare all the tools and materials.
2. Prepare all the vegetables and put them into the fridge.
3. Blend all the materials for sauce, put in the liquids.
4. Take out the vegetables from the fridge and pt on the plate nicely.
5. Pour the sauce on top of the vegetables.
6. Ready to be served.
