Java Fried Chicken

The real thing; serves 10.

Java Fried Chicken (For 10 Packs)
Ingredients

* Java Chicken 10 Pieces @ 200 Gram 2000 Gram
* Sliced Shallot 40 Gram
* Sliced Garlic 15 Gram
* Candle Nut 50 Gram
* Turmeric 30 Gram
* Sliced Ginger 20 Gram
* Coriander Powder 2 Gram
* Crushed Galangal 20 Gram
* Crushed Lemon Grass 2 Pieces
* Lime leaves 3 Pieces
* Salaam Leaves 2 Pieces
* Brown Sugar 30 Gram
* Salt
* Water 1500 CC
* Coconut Milk 500 CC
* oil 750 CC
* Basil Local 10 Gram

Method

1. Prepare all the Materials
2. Smoothen and mix all the seasoning from number 2 - 7 and then mix with other seasoning, water and simmer
3. Mix coconut milk, simmer, put the chicken inside, and simmer until cooked. Take the chicken out and do the seasoning again.
4. Fried the chicken until golden brown
5. Ready to serve
