Red dates and honey dates tea



For 1 serving only,

Ingredients:
1. 1 teaspoon of red tea leaves or 1 piece of tea bag
2. 10 pieces of big red dates
3. 2 pieces of fresh honey dates (not the smoked honey dates)
4. 3/4 mug of plain water (because when you put all the dates inside, it will full up to 1 mug)

Method of Preparation:
1. Put all the dates inside the plain water in a small stove
2. Boil the water and dates for 20 minutes
3. After the water boiled, change it to a mug, wait for another 10 minutes so that the flavor of the dates will sweeten the tea, and we don't need to add any sugar inside the tea.

Explanation for the Tea Function:
As we see that nowadays there are a lot of diseases and prevention is better then cure, so this tea itself has the active antioxidant that can make the body immune system become stronger.
Without additional sugar makes this tea worth to be tried, because all the sweetness is from the dates, it can lower the diabetes risk, and it can also lower the cholesterol because tea can rinse the bad fat inside our body. the dates can cure the anemia because dates have the function to increase the hemoglobin inside the blood.

Fried Carrot Cake with Scrambled eggs and Mushrooms



For 1 Serving,

Ingredients:
1. 1 medium Bowl of raw carrot cake (can be bought from Supermarket)
2. 1 medium bowl of fresh king oyster mushroom(can be bought from Supermarket)
3. 1 Piece whole egg
4. 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
5. 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
6. 1 teaspoon of salt
7. 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
8. 1 tablespoon of canola oil butter

Method of Cooking:
1.Melted the butter, and put the mushroom and carrot cake, mixed until the color turned brown.
2.Put the chili sauce, dark soy sauce, salt,pepper, and then mix until well mixed.
3.Put the egg, let it hardened a bit, and then mix it with all ingredients inside until well mixed.
4. Ready to be served.

Instant Noodles with Cabbage, bean sprouts and seaweed



For 1 serving,
Ingredients:
1. 1 pack of instants noodle (any flavor)
2. 1 small bowl of raw cabbage
3. 1 small bowl of bean sprout
4. 1 teaspoon of dried sliced seaweed
5. 0.5 liter of plain water

Method of Cooking:
1. Put the water, cabbage, and bean sprouts inside a small stove
2. Boiled the water and vegetables for 10 minutes
3. put the instant noodle inside the boiled water
4. Wait until the noodle is soft
5. Put and mix the seasoning inside
6. ready to be served

Explanation:
Even though instant noodle contains a lot of MSG, it’s no problem to consume it with vegetables, because vegetables have the function to clean the toxin, and eating vegetables with instant noodle is good to make the vegetable taste good, because of the instant noodle’s seasoning. But of course we can’t consume it too much because instant noodle still contains MSG and preservatives.
Just eat everything in moderation, not too much in everything. But if it’s possible, don’t eat too much meat and dairy products such as eggs, milk, cheese, butter and yoghurt, because all of them are from animals, and we just don’t harm them by eating them.

Scrambled Vegetables Indonesian Style

Ingredients:
1. Julienne Carrot 300 Gram
2. Julienne String Bean 300 Gram
3. Egg 3 Pieces
4. Chopped Garlic 20 Gram
5. Salt and Pepper, MSG
6. Sugar 10 Gram
7. Oil 40 CC

Method of Cooking:
1. Prepared all Materials and tools.
2. Saute Garlic until golden brown, put in all the vegetables and stir until smells good, and seasoning.
3. Put in the egg that has been scrambled, wait for 30 seconds, stir until well mixed.

1. Sliced Chicken Breast 50 Gram
2. Eggs 2 Pieces

Method of Cooking:
1. Prepare all materials
2. Melted the Butter and cheese on the frying pan.
3. Put in the sliced chicken breast to the frying pan and cook until yellow brown.

Method of Cooking:

3. Blend all the materials for sauce, put in the liquids.

Chicken and Asparagus Soup

Ingredients

* Ground Chicken 200 Gram
* Asparagus, Cut 2 Cm 1 Can
* Egg 2 Pieces
* Tapioca 75 Gram
* Chicken Stock 1500 CC
* Chopped Garlic 30 Gram
* Fish Gravy
* Sesame Oil
* S & P
* Sugar 25 Gram
* Red Wine for Cooking
* Oil 40 CC
* Sliced Small Green Chili 10 Gram
* Salted Soy Bean Sauce 50 CC
* Sliced Spring Onion 10 Gram

Method

1. Prepare all material and tools that will be used
2. Sautee Garlic until smell good put in the ground chicken, stir until cooked put in the fish gravy to reduce
3. Put in the chicken stock, simmer, put in the asparagus, seasoning and do the thickening
4. Serve while hot and garnish with the spring onion

Cooking Method:
  1. Prepare all tools and materials to be used

  • Darn Mackerel : 150 Gr
  • Sliced Big Red Chili : 15 Gr
  • Sliced Shallot : 40 Gr
  • Sliced Garlic : 2 Gr
  • Wedges Tomatoes : 25 Gr
  • Sliced Lemon Grass : 1 Pieces
  • Sliced Young Ginger : 3 Gr
  • Sliced Lime : 0.5 pieces
  • Sugar : 1.5 gr
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oil : 5 Ml
  • Water : 3 Ml
  • Lime (Juice) : 1 Pieces
  • Local Basil : 1.5 Gr
Cooking Method:
  1. Prepared all the materials and tools
  2. Marinade fish with salt, pepper, lime juice, and let it like absorbed until 30 minutes
  3. Saute all gravies until the smell good, and add water, simmer, add basil, seasoning and then stop the fire.
  4. take some of the gravy and add on the fish that has been marinaded and let it until absorbed for 15 minutes.
  5. grill fish until cooked and the colour is yellow brown.
