Fried Carrot Cake with Cabbage, Mushroom and Bean sprouts



For 1 Serving

Ingredients:
1. 1 Medium Bowl of raw carrot cake (Can be bought from Supermarket)
2. 1 Small Bowl of raw cabbage
3. 1 Small Bowl of raw bean sprouts
4. 1 small Bowl of fresh raw king oyster mushroom (Can be bought from supermarket)
5. 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
6. 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
7. 1 teaspoon of salt
8. 1 tablespoon of canola oil butter

Method of Cooking:
1. Put the butter inside the stove and melted it
2. put the mushroom, cabbage, and beansprouts, cook them until they turned soft
3. put the raw carrot cake, chili sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt, mix until the carrot cake turned brown
4. Ready to be served
